If you are trying to eat healthy chances are you've shopped at either or both of these stores. In our household my husband is a huge Trader Joe's fan. I'm a big Whole Foods fan, although you can usually find me at the local grocery store instead and only due to utter convenience as neither store is near by.
This > article < from the guys at Fooducate gives a simple break down of the differences in ingredients, GMO's, organics, etc. between the two stores, as well as a link to a cost comparison and a link to the Whole Foods Market's unacceptable ingredients list.
So whose side are YOU on?!
Let me know in the comments below which store is your fave and why, or what your favorite product is from either store!
{And if you are not familiar with the Fooducate website or their app, I suggest you give it a try! I believe it's still a free app and it will change the way you see your food - my first week with the app had me throwing out half of my pantry! Banish the unhealthy and... get Food-ucated! --side note: no, I am not being paid to promote the app I am just sharing what works for me and my family. My opinions are my own.}
